(Post)-Britpop is alive and well

From Oasis and Radiohead to Blur and Coldplay, England has been turning out guitar-based anthemic rock under the Britpop label since the 1990s. Kaiser Chiefs are picking up where those bands left off with their radio-friendly post-Britpop sound. They climb our chart seven spots to number 13 with "Coming Home."

Carleton Stone hits the number 1 spot

The people have truly spoken: Carleton Stone shattered all Radio 2 Top 20 records with the most online votes ever! He hits the number one spot with "Climbing up the Walls." Impressive.

Return of the Mac, or should I say Mc?

Sarah McLachlan is back to her soul-stirring ways with a new album called Shine On, sleighted to be released on May 6. She's moving up the R2-20 chart with a new tune called "In Your Shoes." Here's another track, "Beautiful Girl," from the upcoming album, recorded at the 2014 Juno Awards.
