For almost 25 years the kid from Mt. Uniacke, Nova Scotia has been out there doing his Buck 65 thing - rapping, DJing, going from thoughtful to silly in about 3 beats. He’s also put out more than 20 full-length albums, all kinds of EPs, singles - you name it. His most recent album is called Neverlove.

While he’s known for his hip-hop, Buck 65 often stirs the musical pot with blues, rock, electronica and even country. Buck 65 has influenced a generation of musicians and collaborated with a wide range of artists from Chilly Gonzales and Sage Francis to Jenn Grant and Gord Downie.

He has written a book called "Wicked and Weird" and, as Rich Terfry, hosts Radio 2 Drive on CBC.

Buck 65 shares his musical passion and stories on this edition of "My Playlist" on Inside The Music.
