The Radio 2 Top 20 has a brand new number one. For the first time in history, twins take the top spot. Tegan and Sara are number one this week with "I Was A Fool." The song comes from their new album "Heartthrob." Check out their video featuring indie actress Mae Whitman who was most recently in the movie "The Perks Of Being A Wallflower." Tegan and Sara's new tune grabs you right from its catchy opening piano hook.

After dropping right off the chart a couple of weeks ago, your votes have brought alien man-child David Bowie back into the top 20 with "The Stars (Are Out Tonight)," which explores the concept of celebrities stalking regular people like you and I. Creepy much?
