"No one's gonna love you quite like I do."

The Strombo Show runs the gamut this Sunday night, keeping the spirit of radio alive by delivering the best records in the best order. It's a show for music lovers by music lovers, ranging over three hours of commercial-free music to honour both old and new.

This week, George Stroumboulopoulos is joined by one of our nation's most celebrated singer-songwriters, Jenn Grant.

Grant has endured a transition between 2012's The Beautiful Wild and her Juno-nominated LP, Compostela. Between shifting gears with management and label, her mother died, which inspired Grant to visit Spain and capture the beautiful moments on her album while writing from a camper beside her home outside of Halifax.

Grant explores her musical heritage, strums the first song she wrote and more in an intimate conversation and acoustic performance from the House of Strombo.

We also debut a heavy pairing of tunes from Vancouver's scuzz-pop kings, Tough Age, and the Philadelphia-based DIY two-piece, Girlpool.

As always, we tip our hats to those groundbreakers and game-changers with a Nod to the Gods, spin the best new tracks, paying tribute to Tom Waits on Ten with Tom and send you into the horizontal with the Big Lie Down.

Lock it. Crank it. Join the collective!
