Edmonton's Jessica Jalbert, a.k.a. Faith Healer, is back with new music, but this time around she's no longer a solo act.

On the upcoming album Try ;-), the singer-songwriter and guitarist is joined by drummer and multi-instrumentalist Remmy Wilson. Their first single as a duo, "Light of Loving," debuts at #29 this week. Try ;-) will be released on September 8 via Mint Records.

Moon King, on the other hand, has returned and is now back to being the solo act of songwriter and producer Daniel Woodhead. Maddy Wilde, who performed with Woodhead as a duo for the band's last full-length album, Secret Life, announced last year via Facebook that she was leaving the band.

The lead-single for the new album, "In & Out," is the highest debut on our chart this week at #24. Hamtramck '16 was released last week via Arbutus Records.

Kid Koala also breaks on to the chart with "Was He Slow," a song from the motion soundtrack of the movie Baby Driver.

Finally, a band that started as a duo and stayed a duo climbs to #1 this week. Death From Above makes it to the top after six weeks on the chart with "Freeze Me."
