Read the complete oral history of Jagged Little Pill, as told through interviews with Alanis Morissette, co-writer Glen Ballard, Maverick Records' Guy Oseary and more.

Alanis Morissette's 1996 radio hit, "Ironic," has long been the subject of ridicule from English teachers and AP lit snobs who point out that Morissette doesn't quite nail the concept of irony. Now comedy duo Rachael and Eliza Hurwitz have created "It's Finally Ironic," a video that corrects Morissette's vignettes by creating actual ironic situations.

Rain on your wedding day isn't actually ironic, unless, as the video points out, it's "a day and place you chose because it's known not to rain." Check it out below.
