Editorial Staff

CBC Radio 2 announced this morning that Raina Douris, former Radio 3 host and current Indie88 host, will replace Tom Power on Radio 2 Morning as of Oct. 3. Angeline Tetteh-Wayoe, who has been filling in on Weekend Mornings for several months, will be permanently taking the weekend morning show reins.

In a press release sent out earlier today, Radio 2 also announced that Marvin's Room, hosted by Amanda Parris, will be making its return to Radio 2 this fall on Nov. 4 as a weekly R&B show.

"The CBC has always been dear to my heart, and I can't wait to return and share my love of music and stories with Canada," said Douris in the release. "Waking up early is a lot more fun when you know you're doing it with the entire country!”
